Specialty Projects

We understand that some projects require a unique blend of experience and expertise to be able to finesse from conception to completion. The White Home, located in Rock Hill, South Carolina is a 170-year old jewel that is being polished until it shines, reminiscent of its former glory of 1839. The 13-room house was built by George and Ann Hutchinson and was home to a total of five generations of the family. The home’s front entrance will be restored using the original materials and planting scheme. The back of the the estate will be modified to allow for functionality, opening the property to be used for meetings, receptions, concerts, and other events.
